Step 4:Now for the Swirls
Now heres a trick that can be used for any image you plan to edit. Its a shortcut to stamp all your layers into one without flattening the layers. To do this, create a new layer and hit the following buttons. CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + E (don't hit the +... its just to show you what keys you have to hit all at the same time.) If your lost as to what fingers go on what Pinky hits the CTRL button
Index finger hits the ALT button
Ring finger hits the SHIFT button
Index of other hand hits the E
Now with a stamp of all your layers merged into one. Go to the following filter: BLUR > Radical Blur.
Make sure that your settings match the one below...

If you never used radical blur before, the blur center can move and by default yours will be in the center. If your using a portrait please move the circle to align with the head. If your using the same image like me, just try to match my example above. Your welcome to play around with this until your blur is aligned with the head of the picture. Like the picture preview above.

Step 5:Final effects
to match the preview, click the eraser tool on the tool bar and a soft brush the size of 300px and erase where the head will be. Now to create the very same look as the finished product, duplicate the swirl layer (after you erased the head) and set the first layer to Hard light, and the 2nd layer to lighten with an opacity of 43%. There you go! DONE!!!
