In terms of the photoshop tutorials, I've messed with photoshop for about three years now, just recently getting photoshop CS... so difficulty levels will be mixed... I'll try to be as detailed as possible.
As for the HTML stuff I'll try to be extremely descriptive... Its hard to be descriptive when you know what many of them can do....
